Summer waterproof construction is suitable for 5°C-35°C, and over 40°C is not recommended.

1. Precautions before construction:
Rigid waterproof: Before construction, sprinkle water, try to make the wall and the ground fully wet, but do not leave any water on the ground.
Flexible waterproof: Bitumen, high polymer modified bitumen, polyurethane does not sprinkle water. JS is sprinkled with water, no water left on the ground.

2. Shorten the interval between each construction process
Rigid waterproof: After brushing the mortar layer, after 10-15 minutes of drying, the waterproof mortar layer can be wiped;
Flexible waterproof: JS waterproof, it takes about 2 hours to dry the first time, and the summer interval can be shortened to about 1 hour (not sticky), you can paint the second time.

3. Maintenance:
Rigid waterproof: watering and curing after construction.
Flexible waterproof: After the coating is dry, it is sprinkled for maintenance.

Under high temperature and climatic conditions, workers are prone to fatigue, dehydration, heatstroke, etc. In order to ensure the safety and health of life, it is necessary to ensure that the waterproof workers rest properly. It is recommended to suspend the construction above 40 °C.
——Management of waterproof materials and equipment
In the summer, it is not advisable to place the waterproof material under the sun for a long time, so as not to affect the characteristics of the waterproof material. Relevant equipment such as spray guns, liquefied gas tanks, spraying machines, etc. must be strictly operated during use, and should be collected and kept by special personnel. All security risks should be put to an end.
