Empty shop anti-adhesive method (applicable: basement floor, cap, ground beam)
1. Construction process
Base cleaning → coil positioning → paving the coil → exhausting, compacting → coil lap joint → tearing the separator → inspection, finishing → organization acceptance.
(1) Grassroots cleaning
Use a shovel, broom and other tools to remove the floating slurry, bumps, construction waste, etc. on the surface of the base layer, and remove the clear water. The surface of the base layer should be flat and the recessed surface should be smoothed with cement mortar without sharp protrusions.
(2) Coil positioning
a. The web-laying control line is ejected at a distance of 920 mm on the base layer.
b. The coil is properly cut according to the desired shape.
(3) paving the coil
a. The coil (with the bonding surface facing up, ie the bonding surface facing the main structure) is tested along the control line.
b. Fold one end of the back-web to the 80mm lap joint, and then close and align the laid web.
c. The coil of the yin and yang corners should be folded into the desired shape in advance so that the coil can be laid flat on the base layer.
(4) Exhaust, compaction
The gas at the bottom of the coil is discharged and compacted and flattened.
(5) Coil overlap
a. The separator on the overlapping portion of the coil is completely uncovered and then lapped, and then rolled to make the lap bond tight.
b. Bonding sequence: first long side, rear short side.
c. The lap width is not less than 80mm, and the tolerance is -10mm.
(6) tear off the separator (can be torn before installing the steel bars)
a. After the construction is completed, tear off the separator on the roll. For the reserved coil, the detachment membrane of the lap joint must be retained, and then torn off after the subsequent coil construction, so as not to affect the later lap joint effect;
b. If the sun is not easy to tear the film, apply cold water to cool down and then tear the film;
c. In order to protect the reaction from being damaged by trampling and pollution, the protective film must be torn before the steel bars are installed.
d. In order to prevent the coil from sticking to the feet, sprinkle water or cement dry powder on the surface of the coil for isolation.
(7) Inspection and finishing
After the waterproofing layer is finished, carry out a comprehensive inspection. If there is damage or if the overlap is not strong, repair it in time.
(8) Organization acceptance
After the waterproof construction is completed, the inspection and acceptance should be organized as soon as possible so that the next project can carry out the construction work, and the construction period of the waterproof project will be affected to affect the construction progress of the entire project.
